Related to the preselection call for SACET (Centralized Thermal Energy Supply System) project proposals
In the context of the launch of the call for pre-selection of SACET project proposals, the following changes are made by this corrigendum:

1. Modification of the Preselection Guide regarding the modification of the eligibility criteria of applicants and the eligibility criteria of actions, respectively the correction of some drafting errors, according to the following:

• including the possibility to propose projects aimed at investing in district heating systems made using high-efficiency cogeneration and "from other renewable energy sources" in addition to biomass.
• replacing the term "nominal" with "installed", as regards the maximum thermal power allowed for thermal energy supply systems based on
  high efficiency cogeneration plants on biomass or other renewable resources.
• removing the specification "or any other type of thermal energy generation system" from the applicant eligibility criterion, in order to correlate it with the administrative evaluation criterion no. 7, according to which the Preselection Call aims to select rural communes of the North-West Development Region, on whose territory there is no natural gas supply network.
• reformulation of eligible activities for a more accurate understanding by potential beneficiaries.
• the inclusion of some clarifications regarding the category of other activities necessary for the implementation of the investments, namely the inclusion of the possibility to provide within the project proposals and "the construction/ extension/ rehabilitation/ modernization of the building with a thermal power plant destination, the implementation of energy consumption management systems: the purchase and the installation of intelligent systems for the management of thermal/electrical energy, etc".

2. Amendment of Annex 1.3_Declaration on own responsibility regarding the removal of the statement "or any other type of thermal energy generation system".
