The North-West Regional Development Agency, in collaboration with Transilvania Digital Innovation Hub, is organizing on May 12, 2022 the type event InfoDay – FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE INDUSTRY.
The event will take place between 13:00 and 16:00, with the possibility to participate online or physically, in the conference room of ABC Incubator from Cluj-Napoca. The registration form is available here link.
The financing opportunities are addressed to companies (SMEs, including start-ups) that develop and provide digital services, robotics and industrial automation, as well as companies in the manufacturing industry, in order to create consortia of technology supply - demand type.
The event will be structured in two parts:
I. Presentation of three European funding opportunities (including with online access)
II. Matchmaking session, between representatives of technology companies and industry, in order to explore and identify the most suitable ways of collaboration.

The funding opportunities that will be addressed are offered within three Horizon 2020 projects being implemented by partner organizations from the North-West development region:
- The Mind4Machines Call, through which partnerships formed by technology developers and industrial firms (SMEs) can access up to 120,000 EUR. - The Better Factory Call, whereby partnerships consisting of a technology provider, a factory and an artist/designer can achieve up to EUR 200,000 for production automation. - The DIH-World call, through which partnerships formed by a factory and a Digital Innovation Center (DIH) can access funding of up to EUR 95,000 with the aim of digitizing the activities in the manufacturing industry related to the following fields: textiles, logistics, mobility, the plastic and rubber industry and that of electrical and optical equipment.
