Purchase of catering services

Looking at the purchase of: Catering services for the participants of the regional MIND4MACHINES Info Day

Purchase object: Catering services for 30 people, in Cluj-Napoca.

  • For 12:30 - on the reception table of the participants
    • Sales: salted
    • Coffee (including milk/condensed milk and brown sugar) 
    • Water payment (at 330ml/or 500ml): flat (20 pcs) and mineral (10 pcs) 
    • Fruits: 1 kg grapes (washed, ready to eat)
  • For 14:30 - in the dining room (wrapped platters can be taken from 12:30)
    • Mix of Crispy/packages/canapes/canapes: based on cheeses with herbs and jam; vegetable-based spring packs; canapes based on salmon and vegetables; pork/beef spreads, cheeses and vegetables
    • Mini-Wrap: based on beef and cheeses and vegetarian (based on hummus, salads)
    • A salad of raw vegetables
    • Desert: 1 carrot and cheese cake pan (cut into small pieces)

The following will be provided: tablecloths, napkins, glasses, teaspoons, (cardboard) plates, cutlery.

  • In case of health problems or force majeure, the service can be canceled a maximum of 1 day before
  • Payment will be made later, based on the receipt report and invoice issued by the supplier

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:

Cost of catering services/participant;

Total event cost.

The criterion used for awarding the contract is the lowest price.

Period: May 12, 2022

Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications. 

Deadline for submitting offers: May 4, 4 PM
