The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to send the offer for catering services.

Event: Organization of the Study Visit for the partners/experts from the TRAM partner regions and the members of the Regional Committee of Representatives from the North-West Region (TRAM project) – lunch, day 1.

Location: Oradea City Hall, Small Hall of Oradea City Hall, on the 1st floor

Date: June 20, 2017. The duration of the event is 2 hours (starting from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.).

The exact time will be announced one day before the event

Number of participants: maximum 30 people.

The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

Lunch (Swedish buffet) 

• 1 course salad,
• main course (two types of meat and two types of side dishes),
• desert,
• juices,
• coffee, milk for coffee, white and brown sugar
• mineral water and flat water.
  • A vegetarian version will be provided that will not contain fish meat (the number of people will be communicated the day before)

• coffee thermos
• glasses, sugar, milk and coffee spoons
• glasses, napkins, plates and cutlery (porcelain) for lunch.

 

 

Estimated value is 60 lei / person + VAT.

Estimated total for a maximum of 30 people – 1,800 lei + VAT.

 

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as such:

 

• Catering cost/participant
• Total catering cost

 

The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price.
