Purchase object: Providing catering services for the Info Day event – Financing opportunities for the digitization of the industry, on October 12, at ABC Incubator, Strada Constantin Brâncusi 55-57-59, Cluj-Napoca, ADMA TranS4Mers project – 101037866

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

Catering services for an estimated number of 25 people.

Coffee break composed of: Coffee (1 coffee/participant) // Mineral water & flat 0.5 L bottles (1 pc/participant) // Selection of teas (minimum 3 types), sweet and salty pastry (75g/person )

Cold buffet: minutes, canapes, finger food, cheeses (quantity approx. 300 g/participant) including vegetarian options and fruits (100 g/person),

Estimated value (without VAT): 90 lei + VAT  

The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

The delivery will be made on October 12, 2022, at 12:00 at the ABC Incubator headquarters, 55-59 Constantin Brâncuși str. Cluj-Napoca

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:

  • Cost of catering services/participant;
  • Total event cost for 25 people.

The criterion used for awarding the contract is the lowest price.

Offer submission deadline 10.10.2022, 12 O'clock

The language of the offer is Romanian.
