The specific guide for increasing innovation in companies by supporting multi-sector approaches resulting from the implementation of the "Less Developed Regions Initiative" in Romania was launched, in public consultation

Applicant Guide related to Specific Objective 1.2 - Increasing innovation in companies by supporting multi-sector approaches resulting from the implementation of the "Less Developed Regions Initiative" in Romania - Support for technological development and improvement of the commercialization of selected projects, within the Research Valorization Program, through the Program Operational Regional 2014-2020, was published, in public consultation, on the website www.inforegio.ro.

The guide contains the specific information needed to open the call for non-competitive projects, with a deadline for submitting funding applications, information on the specificity of the projects, how to complete and submit the funding application, eligibility conditions, verification criteria and evaluation, a description of the stages of the project verification and contracting process.

Any comments on the proposed guide will be sent to the e-mail address info@mdrap.ro, until 08.12.2020, 14.00. Observations and comments accepted will be found in the final form of the specific guideline.

The document is produced with the support of the World Bank, to strengthen the administrative capacity for intermediate bodies within the ROP and for the management authority.

Only projects selected by the World Bank following a consultation process with regional actors involved in areas with potential for smart specialization will be financed. The objective of the World Bank was to directly and indirectly support the commercialization of the results of research projects identified through a transparent process in both development regions, in which the key actors of the quadruple helix system were involved (central and local public administration, educational institutions , educational and research entities, representatives of the business environment, SMEs, entrepreneurs, investors, civil society, etc.).

Requests submitted by potential applicants that involve analyzes regarding compliance with the provisions of the specific guide, respectively regarding compliance/eligibility criteria, will not be answered. AMPOR will carry out those checks only for applicants for financing, after the opening of the call for projects.
