The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to send the offer for event organization services - bus transport.

Event: Organization of the Study Visit for the partners / experts from the TRAM partner regions and the members of the Regional Committee of Representatives from the North-West Region (TRAM project) - bus transport on the route Cluj-Napoca - Oradea - Cluj with a maximum deviation of 30 km.

Route: Cluj-Napoca, headquarters of Cluj Napoca City Hall - Oradea, headquarters of Oradea City Hall - Săvădisla - Cluj, center

Date: June 20, 2017. The duration of the event is 13 hours (starting from Cluj at 10:00 a.m. and returning between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.).

The exact time will be announced one day before the event

• The supplier will ensure the access of the bus to the location (including city entrance fees, parking fee, etc. if necessary).

Estimated value for 32 people is 1,800 lei + VAT.

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs as follows:

• Total cost of bus transport for 32 people

Bidders will publish the offer in the SEAP electronic catalog, with the name ADR bus rental Nord-West Cluj and/or transfer by email at the address secretariat@nord-vest.ro, ioana.neag@nord-vest.ro. Failure to comply with the name may lead to the impossibility of selecting the offers by the contracting authority.
