The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to send the offer for restaurant services - dinner.
Event: Organization of a festive dinner during the Study Visit for the partners / experts from the TRAM partner regions and the members of the Regional Committee of Representatives from the North-West Region (TRAM project).
Location: on the Huedin – Cluj Napoca road, Gilau area, at a maximum distance of 15 km from DN 1
Date: June 20, 2017. The duration of the event is 3 hours (starting from 19.30-20.00).
Number of participants: maximum 30 people.
The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

Restaurant services:
- On arrival:
- traditional sweet pastry at the reception of the guests
- Cold snack:
– traditional cold snack: different types of cheeses, traditional cold meat dishes (e.g. ribs, sausages, muscles), vegetables and other specific dishes (min. 3 dishes, e.g. eggplant salad, zacusca, pickled onions, etc.)
- Main dish:
- at least two types of local meat with garnish and salad/vegetables
- vegetarian menu option
- Desert
- Drinks:
– water (mineral, paid), juice, coffee, unlimited quantity
Estimated value is 160 lei / person + VAT.
Estimated total for a maximum of 30 people – 4,800 lei + VAT.
The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the cost/participant and the cost/event.
