REGIO 2014-2020: AMPOR has published the final guide for 3.1. C – Public lighting

The Management Authority for the Regional Operational Program published today the final version of Applicant's Guide – Specific conditions for accessing funds within the project calls with the title POR/2018/3/3.1/C/1/BI, POR/2018/3/3.1/C/1/7REGIUNI and POR/2018/3/3.1/ C/1/ITI, Priority axis 3, Investment priority 3.1, Operation C – Public lighting, within the Regional Operational Program (POR) 2014-2020.

The financial allocation for the North-West Region is of 12,364,801 euros, respectively 57,521,054 lei.

The beneficiaries of the projects submitted within the call for projects are the territorial administrative units in the urban environment, the sectors of the Municipality of Bucharest, as well as the Municipality of Bucharest, defined according to Law no. 215/2001 Law on local public administration, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions. The minimum eligible value of a project is 100,000 euros, and the maximum is 5 million euros.

Funding applications are submitted using the electronic system - the MY SMIS application, starting on 02/18/2018, 10:00 a.m. Funding requests can be submitted until 18/08/2018, 10:00 a.m.

The calls for projects are aimed at the investments that will be made within the 8 regional development regions of the country, including the Danube Delta ITI region.

The specific guide contains the specific information needed to open the calls for projects POR/2018/3/3.1/C/1/BI, POR/2018/3/3.1/C/1/7 REGIONS and POR/2018/3/3.1/C/ 1/ITI, of a non-competitive type, with a deadline for submitting funding applications, regarding the specificity of the projects, the way to complete and submit the funding application, eligibility conditions, evaluation criteria, a description of the verification stages , evaluation, contracting of projects. Also included are instructions for completing the Funding Application by applicants.
