Interested bidders will post the offer on the website https://www.e-licitatie.ro in the heading Procedures for awarding-direct purchases-catalog of products/services/works. The offer is posted in the SEAP electronic catalog, at the code CPV 72321000-1 Value-added database services and will have the name POR-ADR company monitoring services according to no …….(SEAP announcement no.). Failure to comply with the name may lead to the impossibility of selecting the offers by the contracting authority. The financial offer is drawn up highlighting the monthly subscription and the final value with and without VAT.
