Purchase object: Catering services for the participants of the SME Organics Interregional Conference

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

  • Lunch for 45 people:
    • Cream soup: 20 servings of vegetable cream soup; 25 servings of cream soup based on meat and vegetables
    • Salad: 20 salad portions based on vegetables, cheese and beef; 24 salad portions based on vegetables, cheese and chicken; 1 portion salad of vegetables, fruits and cheeses without meat
    • Dessert: 20 servings based on yogurt and fruit; 25 servings based on chia and vegetables/fruits
    • Fresh juice: 20 bottles of apple juice with carrot; 25 bottles of orange juice with carrot
    • Disposable cutlery and napkins
  • Delivery time: 28.11.2017, 12:45 p.m
  • Location: Cluj-Napoca, University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Biodiversity Research Center (building located in the USAMV premises, on the hill, access can be done by car to the location)
