Purchase object: Restaurant services for lunch for the participants of the meeting of the Regional Committee of Representatives at the regional level in Turda, in the framework of the project RFC - Recapture the Fortress Cities

Purchase object description (technical specifications): lunch for 20 people

  • Date and time slot: 30/06/2022 between 13:30 and 16:00    
  • Type I: beef/chicken soup (to be chosen by the participants on site)
  • Slices: based on pork and chicken with vegetables and sauce, salad
  • Type III: traditional, fruit-based
  • Bread/buns
  • Refreshments: natural juices/ carbonated juices of your choice (2 per person)
  • The water mineral and still water

A table will be set up preferably for all participants, set up preferably in a booth.

Location: in Turda, restaurant located at most 1 km from Turda City Hall

Term of delivery/ rendering/ execution: June 30, 2022, starting at 1:30 p.m., between 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Purchase object: Catering services for coffee breaks for the participants of the meeting of the Regional Committee of Representatives at the regional level in Turda, within the RFC project - Recapture the Fortress Cities

Purchase object description (technical specifications): for 20 people

  • For June 30, 9:30 a.m., Turda City Hall
  • Coffee in a thermos (including milk/condensed milk and brown sugar)
  • Water (per 500 ml): flat and mineral, 1/person at your choice
  • Pastry sweet and salty - 2 pcs/person

Will provide: tablecloths, napkins, glasses, spoons/chewing sticks

Location: at Turda town hall, P-ța 1 Decembrie 1918 no. 28, Turda Municipality, Cluj County, Romania

Term of delivery/ rendering/ execution: June 30, 2022, 9:30 a.m

The financial offer is highlighted separately for the two services and the price per person

Estimated value without VAT:

  • Services for lunch: 150 lei/person
  • Catering services: 30 lei/person

Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
