Purpose of purchase: Rental of photo booth services for the promotion event of the INNO internship section on March 11, 2020 for promotional purposes, namely increasing the notoriety of the INNO brand and the popularity of the INNO platform among students and companies in Cluj.
participant: students of Cluj universities, especially final year students and master's students, representatives of student organizations, representatives from the human resources departments of collaborating companies.

Description of the object of purchase/event organization services (technical specifications):
- Photo booth
- the rental of two photo booths for a period of three hours
- specialized technician during the event
- unlimited photos, in 10×15 cm format, during the three hours for which the photo services were rented
- template/custom graphic of the photo with the INNO logo and the elements indicated by the beneficiary
- thematic accessories chosen by the beneficiary from the props of the service provider
- background chosen by the beneficiary from the props of the service provider
- all photos taken during the event will be delivered in digital format on Google drive to the email address indicated by the beneficiary
Estimated value:
2000 lei without VAT for the rental of two photo booths for a time interval of three hours.
Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
