Purchase object: Catering services for the event dedicated to Satu Mare County within the REGIO Caravan for the promotion of projects financed by the 2014-2020 ROP

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

Catering services, Swedish buffet, for an estimated number of 50 people:

1. Welcome coffee
   • Coffee, milk, white/brown sugar – 1 coffee/person
   • Mineral water 0.5l/Plain water 0.5l – 1pc/pers
   • Carbonated and natural juices – 500ml+500ml/pers
   • What do you have, hot water, sugar (brown and white) – 1 tea/pers
   • Pastry sweet/savory (eg: mini choux a la creme, mini croissants with butter, mini assorted pastries) – 250g/participant
2. Lunch
   • Swedish buffet lunch:
     • Appetizers: mini sandwiches with roast beef/cold plate (schnitzel, meatballs, spinach roll, cheese balls, telemea, vegetables) – 250g/participant
     • Hot snack:
     • Basic dish: chicken/pork main course
     • 100g chicken/person
     • 100g pork/person
     • Gasket: side dishes of your choice: natural vegetables, potatoes au gratin, assorted salad - 150gr/pers
     • Desert: platter of assorted cakes - 100gr/person
     • The water: 1 bottle of still mineral water 0.33 l/person + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water 0.33 l/person
     • Assortments of bread - 150 gr/person
     • Cutlery and crockery for serving dishes.

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before the event, it may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.

Delivery will be made on the date of September 15, 2022 at the Spiritual Center of the Diocese of Satu Mare, str. 1 Decembrie 1918, in the courtyard of the Roman Catholic Cathedral in the municipality of Satu Mare, according to the following organizer:

10:30 a.m. – Welcome coffee

12:30 p.m. – Products for lunch

The financial offer is drawn up in lei, with and without VAT

Estimated value: 120 lei/person without VAT
