Purchase of catering services

Looking at the purchase of: Scatering services for an estimated number of 10 people

Purchase object: Organization of a training seminar for private beneficiaries, regarding the implementation of projects financed by the Regional Operational Program REGIO 2014 – 2020.

The estimated value is 60 lei/participant without VAT

  • Welcome coffee which includes:
    • espresso coffee;
    • what do you have;
    • milk for coffee;
    • sugar;
    • still mineral water and carbonated mineral water;
    • sweet and savory pastry;
    • disposable cups;
    • disposable coffee paddles.
  • Swedish buffet which includes cold snack:
    • mini savory muffins;
    • mini tortillas with chicken breast and lettuce;
    • tomato bruschetta;
    • mini chicken skewers in sesame;
    • mini sandwiches with grilled chicken breast, cheese and cream cheese with greens;
    • chicken breast roll;
    • salad mix of raw vegetables;
    • cheese stuffed mushrooms;
    • cheesecake;
    • bread;
    • cutlery, crockery and glasses (all disposable);
    • napkins;
    • still/carbonated mineral water

The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

The delivery will be made on April 27, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. at the headquarters of ADR Nord-Vest in Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, Cluj-Napoca.

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:

  • Cost of catering services/participant;
  • Total event cost

The criterion used for awarding the contract is the lowest price.

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before the event, which may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.

Period: April 27, 2022

Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications. 

Deadline for submitting offers: 20.04.2022 at 2 p.m
