The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement for catering services for organizing the event -the training of communicators in the region, within the mayor's offices and county councils regarding MIV POR 2014-2020, but also their testing through a focus group on June 29, 2017.

TRAINING PROGRAM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Meeting room rental services
- A conference room (which is not located in the basement or semi-basement) with a minimum capacity of 30 participants is requested;
- Round table arrangement
- Equipment: sound system, laptop with video projector and projection screen, presidium, microphones, a table for recording at the entrance to the hall;
- Catering services for 20 people
- Lunch composed of:
- 1 kind of salad,
- main course (two types of meat and two types of side dishes),
- dessert, fruit
- coffee, milk for coffee,
- mineral water and flat water.
- The vegetarian option will be provided (the number of people will be communicated one day before)
- Coffee break composed of:
- Still/mineral water at 0.33 litres
- Coffee (including condensed milk, etc.)
Estimated value 1200 lei
The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:
- Catering cost/participant
- Cost of coffee break/participant
- Conference room rental cost
- Total cost
The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price.
