Purchase object: Acquisition of hotel accommodation services, acquisition of restaurant and food service services, transport services.

Purpose of purchase: the purchase of hotel accommodation services, the purchase of restaurant and food service services, transport services – for the purpose of organizing the working visit, in the municipality of Oradea

Period: December 10-11, 2021

Location: Oradea municipality

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

On December 10, 2021:

  1. Hotel services - accommodation for on 10.12.2021 in the municipality of Oradea:

32 "single" rooms with buffet breakfast included (for the morning of 11.12.2021);

With conference room equipped with projector and projection screen:

  • On 10.12.2021 between 10.00 and 14.00.

Estimated value: 230 lei/person

2. Meal hotel services, for 10.12.2021:

a) Coffee break, for 34 people, served between 10.30-11.00 a.m. consisting of: coffee, juice, water, tea and pastry.

Estimated value: 30 lei/person.

b) Lunch, set menu, for 34 people:

• Soup, chicken with rice garnish, Cabbage salad, Dessert, Water;

• Fasting lunch: fasting soup, side dish of rice or fasting stew, dessert, water.

Estimated value: 105 lei/person.

c) Dinner, buffet for 34 people:

• meat with garnish, chocolate dessert, water;

• Fasting food: Recommendation: lentil food, soy schnitzel, dessert, plain water 2 Litres.

 Estimated value: 110 lei/person.

  1. Bus transport services for 34 people, equipped with air conditioning and heating, in. Municipality of Oradea on 10.12.2021.

Estimated total costs: 1500 lei.

Number of participants: approximately 34 people

The final number of participants will be announced 1 day before the event, which may be lower or higher than the initially estimated number.

For accommodation services, the accommodation chart will be presented, containing the names of the persons who benefited from the accommodation, signed and stamped by the accommodation unit, from which the accommodation of the participants will be ensured, with the correct highlighting of the number of single rate rooms and the period accommodation.

The value of the services actually provided (meals, accommodation) will be paid, based on the list of participants signed by each participant in the event.

Contract: NO

Term of delivery/performance/execution: 10-11 December 2021.

Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
