Obiect achiziţie: servicii catering pentru evenimentul ZILELE REGIO, respectiv Conferinta SMART REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

location: Cluj Napoca, Casino urban culture center

Event date:  September 18-19, 2017;

Effective duration of the event: 6 hours, every day

participant: estimativ 180 de personae in total, timp de 2 zile

The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

  1. Servicii catering 18.09.2017 – 150 persoane
  2. Welcoming Coffee break composed of:
  • Still/mineral water at 0.33 litres
  • Coffee (including condensed milk, etc.)
  • fruits
  • Patiserie dulce si sarata
  1. Lunch composed of:
  • 2 feluri de de salata,
  • main course (two types of meat and two types of side dishes),
  • desert,
  • juices,
  • coffee, milk for coffee,
  • mineral water and flat water.
    • The vegetarian option will be provided (the number of people will be communicated one day before)

 

Costuri estimate a) 18.09.2017: 150 pers.* 70 lei plus TVA = 10.500 lei plus TVA (punctele 1 și 2)

  2. Welcoming Coffee break composed of:
  • Still/mineral water at 0.33 litres
  • Coffee (including condensed milk, etc.)
  • fruits
  • Patiserie dulce si sarata
  1. Lunch composed of:

Estimated costs:

  • 30 pers. * 70 lei plus TVA = 2100 lei plus TVA serv. catering (punctele 1 și 2)

 

Total b) 19.09.2017 =2.100 lei plus TVA

                             

Oferta financiară se intocmeste in lei cu si  fara TVA  si va conţine costurile grupate astfel:

 

  • Cost catering/participant, separate pentru fiecare din punctele a 1, 2 si b 1, 2;
  • Total event cost

 

Term of delivery/performance/execution 18 si 19.09.2017

The criterion used for awarding the contract is the lowest price
