Regarding the purchase of: Catering services

Purchase object: Catering services for the event dedicated to Bihor county within the REGIO Caravan for the promotion of projects financed by the 2014-2020 ROP

Location: Oradea Citadel, Building F, 41 Piața Emanuil Gojdu str

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

Catering services, Swedish buffet, for an estimated number of 50 people:

a. Welcoming coffee

• Coffee, milk, cups, white/brown sugar;

• Water: 1 bottle of still mineral water 0.33 l / person + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water at 0.33 l / person;

• Carbonated and natural juices 0.33l

• Tea 3 varieties: mint, fruit and green, hot water, sugar (brown and white)

• Sweet/savory pastry – 120g/person: sweet and salty puff pastry, sweet and salty mini tarts

b. Lunch

Swedish buffet lunch V=vegetarian, VE=vegan, O=omnivorous

Appetizers 200g / person:

  • (V) Goat cheese spheres rolled in nut and seed mixture
  • (VE) Pepper canapés with red hummus and pickled radishes
  • (VE) Cauliflower florets in a crust with pepper sauce
  • (O) Cutlet roll with walnuts, cashews, mushrooms, thyme
  • (O) Cordon bleu from chicken breast

Hot snack:

Basic preparation 120g / person:

(O) Chicken thigh roll with mushrooms wrapped in bacon

(VE) "Burger" made of vegetables

Garnish 200g / person: Baked potatoes with butter and aromatic herbs,

Assorted cooked vegetables

Dessert 100g / person: Tart with apples and vanilla sauce

Water: 1 bottle of still mineral water 0.33 l / person + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water at 0.33 l / person;

• Assortments of bread 50g/person

  • Cutlery and crockery for serving dishes.

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before the event, it may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.

The delivery will be made on October 5, 2022 at the Citadel of Oradea, Building F, Piața Emanuil Gojdu no. 41 according to the following operator:

  • 10:30 a.m. – Welcome coffee
    • 12:30 p.m. – Products for lunch

Estimated value in lei without VAT: Estimated value 100 lei + VAT/participant;

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the Cost of catering services/participant;

Period: 05.10.2022

Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
