ADR Nord-Vest is putting the following post to competition: TECHNICAL EXPERT, a position for an indefinite period, within the Urban Development Support Department, ROP Implementation Directorate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development/updating/modification of programmatic documents related to the implementation of sustainable urban development in the period 2014-2020;
  • Supporting the Urban Authorities in fulfilling their responsibilities;
  • Supporting the monitoring of the Supporting Document for the financing of interventions from the ESI Funds 2014-2020;
  • Providing support for the implementation of sustainable urban development in the period 2014-2020;

  • Studii universitare, nivel licenţă, conform HG 158/2018, domenii fundamentale:
  1. Engineering sciences,

Ramură de ştiinţă: Inginerie civilă, Domeniul de licenţă: inginerie civilă

Ramură de ştiinţă: Arhitectură şi urbanism, Domeniile de licenţă: Arhitectură; Urbanism

The experience:

  • Experience in the technical field (civil engineering, architecture, urban planning), after graduation, of at least 3 years;

Knowledge/skills/competences:

  • Knowledge about the development and implementation of sustainable urban mobility plans;
  • Knowledge in the development of strategic documents (integrated urban development strategies, sustainable urban mobility plans);
  • Knowledge of developing technical documentation for infrastructure projects (DALI/SF, technical projects);
  • Knowledge of project management, certification with the Project Manager diploma is an advantage;
  • Experience or knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things) services, devices and applications;
  • Collaboration with local public administrations;
  • Teamwork;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • English language – advanced level;
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize;
  • Very good knowledge of using Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, AutoCad-Archicad;

  • Persoanele interesate, care întrunesc cerinţele obligatorii specificate, vor transmite până în data de 17.05.2019, ora 16.00 următoarele documente pe email la adresa umane@nord-vest.ro:
  • copy of identity document;
  • CV dated and signed;
  • the letter of intent with the date of submission and signature;
  • copies according to study documents;
  • copies of the documents certifying the professional experience (according to the requirements), signed, with the registration number from the employer;
  • copies of any official legal documents, relevant to prove training/certifications and/or acquired knowledge (signed and with registration number);
  • the criminal record (valid for 6 months from the date of issue) or declaration on your own responsibility that there are no entries in the criminal record.
  • În data de 22.05.2019, până la ora 16.00, vor fi contactate telefonic sau pe e-mail doar persoanele care întrunesc cerinţele obligatorii ale postului pentru a fi invitate să se prezinte la concurs.
  • Proba scrisă (testare scrisă a cunoştinţelor din domeniul de specialitate conform bibliografiei, testul de cunoştinţe de operare PC-Word şi Excel ) se va desfăşura la sediul secundar al A.D.R. Nord-Vest de la adresa din Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobanţilor nr.3, Cluj în data de 24.05.2019, începând cu ora 10.00. Durata examinării este în medie de 3 ore.
  • Comunicarea rezultatelor obţinute la proba scrisă (test scris, test de operare PC) se va face telefonic şi/sau pe email până la data de 29.05.2019, ora 16:00.
  • Interviurile de selecţie (în limba română) se vor desfăşura în data de 31.05.2019, la ora comunicată de către comisie, la sediul secundar al A.D.R. Nord-Vest de la adresa din Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobanţilor nr.3, Jud. Cluj. La interviul de selecţie vor participa doar candidaţii care au obţinut punctajul minim necesar pentru promovarea în etapa de interviu.

Comunicarea rezultatelor obţinute la interviul de selecţie şi respectiv rezultatele finale ale concursului se va face până la data de 04.06.2019, după finalizarea lucrărilor comisiei de recrutare şi selecţie.
