The Oradea Citadel is an objective of major tourist interest, cultural and heritage gate of entry or exit in the cultural circuits of the region, core of cultural and heritage tourism, pillar of sustainable urban development and European multicultural center.

It was rehabilitated through REGIO 2007-2013, being a successful project.
