ADR Nord-Vest organizes the procurement procedure by direct award, with a view to concluding a contract for the services of a responsible in the field of health and safety at work and the prevention and extinguishing of fires, according to the legislation in force, according to the following technical specifications:

1. Training in the field of safety and health at work and emergency situations:
- monthly periodicity (driver, maid, cleaning-maintenance worker, etc.).
- semiannual frequency (executive director, economist, project manager, software systems engineer, etc.).
2. Prevention and protection plan (annual)
3. Verification of knowledge of OSH and SU (PSI) upon employment and annually.
4. Updating the organization against fires / evacuation plans
5. Alarm, evacuation and intervention exercises (emergency situation simulation) according to ORDER. NO. 163/ 2007- Section 3, Art. No. 107, lit. e, and Chapter VI, Art. No. 144-147
- the schedule of the annual planning of fire intervention exercises;
- elaboration of procedures regarding evacuation in emergency situations;
- evidence of intervention exercises in case of fire;
- analysis reports of the performed exercises;
- plan of measures following the simulation exercises, drawn up based on the analysis report.
6. Annual report on the evaluation of the fire protection capacity: the preparation and annual presentation of a report - analysis synthesis regarding the fire protection activity and technical and organizational proposals for optimizing the fire protection capacity;
7. Semiannual internal control inspection reports / proposed measures
8. Own and specific instructions regarding fire protection according to art. 33 of Order no. 163/2007 of 28/02/2007 (approx. 6 instructions)
9. Elaboration of authority documents regarding fire protection issued by the administrator of the economic operator, which establish responsibilities in the field of fire protection, according to the provisions of art. 19 letter. a) from Law no. 307/2006, and art. 17 of OMAI No. 163 / 2007 for the approval of the General Fire Protection Rules Establishing structures with attributions in the field of fire protection.
10. OSH and SU training sheets
We mention that our company is a public utility NGO and has 115 employees with an economic profile, engineers with project evaluation activities; some of the employees make frequent trips in the interest of work with their own or personal cars, one person has archiving duties.
