The Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, wishes to purchase catering services.

Event: Innovation Club held within the Neptune Innovative solutions accelerator

Catering services:

– 2 coffees/person, milk, sugar, 1 plain water 0.5 l/person, 1 mineral water 0.5 l/person, sweet and salty pastries (such as foetage, saltines, mini pies) approximately 150 gr/person, 4 types of sandwich/pers, in mini baguettes 100-120 gr wrapped separately, variants of chicken meat, vegetables, cheese, etc.

- napkins, glasses, cups, cups or plastic/paper cups, plates, cutlery...etc will be provided.

Estimated total for 5 people – 200.00 lei + VAT, respectively 40.00 lei/person.

 The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT/pers and /5 pers.
