Hereby, the Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement of Scatering services at the headquarters of ADR Nord-Vest in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobanílor no. 3, between 16-20.10.2017.
Technical specifications
Regarding the acquisition of: catering services for October 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 2017, at the headquarters of the North-West Regional Development Agency, in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3.
Purchase object: Purchase of daily catering services for the participants of the professional training program on the theme of Leadership
Purchase object description (technical specifications): catering services for two coffee breaks for a maximum number of 16 participants.
Catering services:
- two coffees per person – espresso coffee, milk for coffee, sugar; what do you have.
- still and carbonated mineral water, 0.33 ml bottles (glass packaging) – two bottles / person (1 bottle of still water + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water).
- sweet pastry - 100 gr / person;
- salty pastry - 100 gr / person;
- napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic/paper cups), plates, cutlery, etc. will be provided.
Unit price / products for one day:
Estimated value (without VAT): 30 lei / day / pers x 16 pers = 480 lei
Unit price / products for the entire event (16-20 Oct 2017):
Estimated value (without VAT): 30 lei / person x 16 people x 5 days = 2400 lei
Term of delivery/performance/execution products are delivered daily at 10:30 a.m., for each day of the training program,
The bidders will send the bids by email to the address ioana.neag@nord-vest.ro, Financial offers are drawn up by highlighting the unit price in lei without VAT/per person and total value. The language of the offer is Romanian. The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price
