The Management Authority for the Regional Operational Program issued Instruction no. 82/24.08.2018 0, regarding guidelines for the submission of Technical Implementation Projects after the signing of the financing contracts, for the modification of the Feasibility Studies or Technical Implementation Projects and for avoiding financial corrections following the modification of the Technical Implementation Projects.
