Regarding the purchase of: Catering services

Purchase object: Catering services for the event dedicated to Cluj county within the REGIO Caravan for the promotion of projects financed by the 2014-2020 ROP

Location: "Reduta" Palace in Cluj-Napoca (Ethnographic Museum of Transylvania), Cluj-Napoca, Strada Memorandumului no. 21

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

Catering services, Swedish buffet for about 30 people:

Welcome coffee

• Espresso coffee 250 ml / person (milk, sugar, sweetener)

• Tea 3 varieties 250 ml/person (milk, sugar, sweetener)

• Flat water, mineral water 0.5 l/pers

• Sweet pastries freshly baked by the restaurant staff 125 gr/pers

• Salted pastry freshly baked by the restaurant staff 125 gr/pers

• Whole and fresh fruits 200 gr/person

Lunch

Swedish buffet lunch:

•  Caesar salad with chicken breast 150gr

•   Greek salad 150gr

•   Mixed salad with tuna 150gr

   Assorted vegetable salad 150gr

•   Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon 150gr

•   Turkey breast cooked in the oven with mushroom sauce 150/50gr

•   Salou fillet with caper sauce 150/50gr

•   Mushrooms with mamaliguta and truffles 200gr

•   Baked potatoes with aromatic herbs 200gr

•   Rice with vegetables 200gr

•   Plain/mineral water – 0.5 ml of your choice

•   White potato bread, black bread 150gr

•   Dessert: Cheesecake 100 gr/person, Caramel cake 100 gr/person

Cocktail tables will be provided for the estimated number of participants, porcelain tableware, stainless steel cutlery, napkins, tablecloths, table setting, serving by qualified staff.

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before the event, it may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.

The delivery will be made on October 6, 2022 at the "Reduta" Palace in Cluj-Napoca (Ethnographic Museum of Transylvania), Cluj-Napoca, Strada Memorandumului no. 21 according to the following organizer:

  • 10:30 a.m. – Welcome coffee
  • 12:30 p.m. – Products for lunch

Estimated value in lei without VAT: Estimated value 155 lei + VAT/participant;

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain: Cost of catering services/participant;

Period: 06.10.2022

Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications. 

Bid submission deadline: 30.09.2022, 12 O'clock
