• Viewing the car and the place of the auction: Calea Dorobantilor Nr. 3, Cluj Napoca.
• Data desfăşurării licitaţiei: 06.08.2018, ora 11:00.
• In case of non-awarding at the first deadline, this will be repeated after at least 5 days from the date of the previous one.
• Preţul de pornire: 4.596,96 Lei.
• Any natural or legal person who is a potential buyer can participate in the public auction, who presents, by the date of the auction meeting, the following documents:
• Receipt for payment of the guarantee for participation in the auction;
• Copy of the Registration Certificate at the Trade Registry and the fiscal code for Romanian legal entities, or the identity document for natural persons.
• Signed declaration of consent regarding the protection of personal data (for natural persons)
• The tender registration documentation shall be submitted at least one working day before the date of the tender.

The participation guarantee is 200 Lei and will be deposited in the ADR NV account: RO40RNCB0106026028910001- BCR at least one day before the auction date.
