The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, wishes to purchase protocol services for the date of:

Working dinner at the first Meeting of the Regional Dialogue Committee, in the context of the pilot action of the European Commission (DG Regional and Urban Policy) for less developed regions, in the Information Technology and Communications sector in Cluj county.
location: will be proposed by the bidder, in Cluj-Napoca, central area, with easy access and available parking, minimum 3 stars.
Date: May 16, 2017;
time: 2 hours, starting at 7 p.m.
participant: maximum 9 people.
The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.
Estimated value/person: 100 lei/person+VAT.
Menu composed of:
- 2 types of salad,
- main course (two types of meat and two types of side dishes, of your choice),
- desert,
- juices,
- coffee, milk for coffee,
- mineral water and plain water.
- 1 fasting option (vegetarian) will be provided.
Estimated total value: 900 lei + VAT
The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the cost/participant
