Regarding the acquisition of: The purchase of monitoring, intervention, anti-burglary services for the secondary headquarters of ADR NV in Dorobantilor street No. 3 (building 1 and building 2), Cluj Napoca and for the main headquarters in Rădaia No. 50, Baciu Commune.

Purchase object: The purchase of monitoring, intervention, anti-burglary services for the secondary headquarters of ADR NV in Dorobantilor street No. 3 (Building I and Building II), Cluj Napoca and for the main headquarters in Rădaia No. 50, Baciu Commune.

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

The conclusion of a contract for monitoring, intervention and anti-burglary for the three objectives ADR NV from Village Rădaia Nr. 50, Com. Baciu and Calea Dorobantilor No. 3 (Building I and Building II), Cluj Napoca, for the period 02.01.2022 – 01.31.2023.

Technical specifications:

  • Service throughout the duration of the contract;
  • Connection to the company's dispatcher via GPRS and fixed telephone line;
  • Technical consultancy;
  • Permanent monitoring 24/24 by its own dispatcher;
  • Insurance for goods stolen by burglary in the amount of 50,000 lei/target. 

Please specify in the offer the operative intervention time with specialized crew at each of the two objectives.

Estimated value: 5000 lei + VAT

The financial offer is drawn up highlighting the monthly subscription for the 2 objectives separately and the total value with and without VAT.

The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price.
