Regarding the purchase of: Conference room rental services and catering services
Purchase object: Organization of the working meeting for the analysis of the Northwest ADR activities from 2019 within the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020

Location: Cluj Napoca, own parking lot. ADR Nord-Vest can visit the locations before awarding the contract and can refuse those that do not present impeccable conditions from the point of view of aesthetics and hygiene.

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

  1. conference room rental
    • Conference room required for 8 hours (not located in the basement or semi-basement) with a capacity of approximately 100 participants
    • Equipment: sound system, video projector and projection screen
    • 3 mobile microphones
    • 1 table for the registration of guests upon entering the hall;
  2. Catering services for an estimated number of 100 people, according to the content and sequence described below:

Mini cheese cake with beetroot and horseradish flavor
Chicken meatballs with quail eggs
Caprese mini salad with arugula
Pork tenderloin with pineapple chutney
Puff pastry basket with chicken salad
Costini with tomatoes and parmesan
Bruschetta with olives
Blinis with cream cheese and smoked salmon
Beetroot canapés with goat cheese and walnuts
Pasta salad with tzatziki
Bulgarian salad

Salad buffet

tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, red beans, olives, corn kernels, yogurt sauce with greens, vinaigrette sauce

Salmon fillet with Sicilian sauce
Chicken breast fillet with mushroom sauce
Pork medallion with green pepper sauce


Potato rustico
Risotto with peas
Grilled vegetables


Chocolate mousse and raspberry mousse
Mini tarts with vanilla cream and berries

Selection of non-alcoholic cocktails

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before the event, it may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.

Period: December 20, 2019

Estimated value: 160 lei/participant for the menu and 1500 lei for the room. (prices without VAT).

Award criteria: the lowest price / person, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
