Purchase object: catering services for the working meeting within the event INNOWAVE SUMMIT 2022, top event of the European Days of Innovation and Startups, co-organizer Cluj-Napoca City Hall

Purpose of purchase: the purchase of catering and event organization services - for the purpose of presenting the INNO platform and the Northwest ADR projects within the INNOWAVE SUMMIT 2022 event, a top event of the European Days of Innovation and Startups, co-organizer Cluj-Napoca City Hall.

Period: May 19, 2022

Location: Grand Hotel Italia, Cluj-Napoca, venue for the INNOWAVE SUMMIT 2022 event

Purchase object description – Technical specifications

A Coffee break on 19.05, 11.00 composed of:

Coffee, flat mineral water, selection of teas, Coca-Cola and Santal juices (1 coffee and a 0.33l bottle), sweet and salty pastry (75g/person) and fruit (100g/person). 

Number of participants: 200 people

Estimated value: 6000 lei without total VAT / 30 LEI / participant without VAT for 200 participants

Contract:

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:

Cost of catering services/participant;

Total event cost

The criterion used for awarding the contract is: The lowest price.
