Purchase object: Purchase of services daily of catering for the participants of the professional training program on "Public procurement for projects financed from structural funds", in the on November 6 and 7, 2017, at the headquarters of the Northwest Regional Development Agency, in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3.
Purchase object description (technical specifications): catering services for the meal break, for a number of 24 participants.
Lunch menu (Swedish buffet) / person / day:
- 1 course salad,
- 1 main course (two types of meat and two types of side dishes),
- 1 dessert,
- 1 juice,
- 2 espresso coffees, 2 cartons of milk for coffee, 2 sachets of brown sugar
- 2 bottles of mineral water, of which 1 is sparkling water and 1 is still water.
Other mentions for the provision of services:
- thermos for serving hot coffee
- 2 cardboard cups each and plastic spoons for coffee
- plastic cups, napkins, plates (porcelain) and cutlery for lunch.
Unit price / products / person for one day:
Estimated maximum value (without VAT): 60 lei / day / pers.
Unit price / products / 48 people / for the entire event (2 days):
Estimated maximum value (without VAT): 60 lei / pers. x 24 pers. x 2 days = 2,880 lei
Term of delivery/performance/execution products are delivered daily as follows:
- coffee (with glasses, milk, sugar) and water will be delivered at 10:30,
- the lunch menu will be delivered at 12:50
The financial offer is drawn up in lei, with and without VAT, and will contain the costs grouped as follows:
- Cost of catering services / participant;
- Total event cost
The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price.
