Purchase of catering services

Hereby, the Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement of Scatering service at ADR Nord-Vest headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Dorobantilor street no. 3, on 25-26.01.2018.

Technical specifications – catering services for approximately 65 people, as follows:

Estimated value: 50 lei/participant, 3,250 lei + VAT for an estimated number of 65 participants (on both days)

The catering services will have the same composition for both days.

On the first day, 25.01.2018, an estimated number of 20 participants (the final number will be communicated on 23.01.2018), and on the second day, 26.01.2017, an estimated number of 45 participants (the final number will be communicated one day before the event).

Catering services for an estimated number of 65 people.

  • Coffee, milk, disposable cups, brown sugar
  • Still/mineral water at 0.5 l
  • Tea 3 varieties: mint, fruit and green, hot water
  • 1 kind of salad
  • Sandwiches 2 pcs./person (different)
  • fruits
  • Desert

The delivery will be made on both days at 10:30 a.m. at the headquarters of ADR Nord Vest, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, from Cluj Napoca.

The offer will be structured as follows:

Unit price / products / person for the two days:

Estimated maximum value (without VAT): 50 lei / pers.

Estimated maximum value (without VAT): 50 lei / pers. x 65 pers = 3,250 lei

Bidders will send their bids by email to achizitii@nord-vest.ro. Financial offers are drawn up by highlighting the unit price in lei without VAT/pers. and total value. The language of the offer is Romanian. The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price.
