Agentia de Dezvoltare Regionala Nord-Vest, in calitate de Autoritate Contractanta, doreste sa achizitioneze servicii catering pentru un evenimentul din 20 februarie 2017-intalnire de lucru DG REGIO-ADR NORD-VEST.
Datele de desfasurare si locatiile vor fi dupa cum urmeaza:

Working lunch
location: Cluj Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor 3
Event date: 20 februarie 2017;
Duration of the event: 1 ora, ora 15;
participant: estimativ 10 persoane.
Not Mărul final de participanţi se va anunţa cu o zi înaintea evenimentului.
Servicii catering:cafea, lapte pentru cafea, zahar, apa, ceai si sandwichuri/bruschete si fructe
Se vor asigura si servetele, pahare, cesti, cani de portelan/sticla, farfurii, tacamuri, etc
The fasting option (vegetarian) will be provided.
Working dinner
location: se va propune de catre ofertant, in Cluj Napoca, zonă centrala, uşor accesibilă, minim 3 stele.

Duration of the event: 3 ore, cu începere de la ora 19
participant: estimativ 10 de persoane;

Catering services:
Menu composed of:
- 2 types of salad,
- main course (two types of meat and two types of side dishes),
- desert,
- juices,
- coffee, milk for coffee,
- mineral water and flat water.
- The fasting option (vegetarian) will be provided.
The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as such:

Plata se va efectua pe baza de transfer bancar, in urma eliberarii unei facturi si a unei note de meniu!
