Purchase object description (technical specifications): catering services for a welcome coffee and cold lunch for about 25 participants. 

  • 9:30 a.m. – Buffet welcoming coffee

– espresso coffee, tea, milk for coffee, sugar

– water – 1 L glass bottles of still water and carbonated mineral water

- salty pastry (50g/participant)

– cake with seasonal fruits (apples / cherries / sour cherries / apricots)

  • 12:00 – lunch – cold Swedish buffet including:

– 1 salad based on raw vegetables

- eggplant or zacusca salad

– 4 types of appetizers: 2 based on meat (such as meat roulade/schnitzel baguette/meatballs), 1 based on cheese (such as cheese balls or others), 1 based on vegetables (such as stuffed mushrooms or others)

- baguette type bread with seeds

* Plates and cutlery should be biodegradable / made of bran or other material

* Napkins, glasses, cups/cups (or cardboard cups), etc. will also be provided. as well as the staff to arrange the products and transport them to the event site

Term of delivery/performance/execution: July 24, 2019

  • the exact number of people will be communicated 1 day before the event
  • C-Voucher is a project aimed at the circular economy, therefore the packaging and consumables related to catering should preferably not be made of plastic, they should be made of biodegradable materials (glass, pressed cardboard, wood, pressed bran, others)

Estimated value: 45 lei (without VAT)
