Regarding the acquisition of: Restaurant services and food service

Purchase object: Restaurant services for lunch for Go4Cosmetics Study Tour participants

Description of the purchase object for each of the 2 locations (technical specifications): for 4 people

  • Course 1, Main course, dessert
  • Bread
  • Drinks: 2 waters/juice per person, 1 coffee/person

Lunch will be provided between 13:30 and 14:30    

  • Location1 – 5.12.2022 : Cluj-Napoca, Grigorescu neighborhood
  • Location 2 – 7.12.2022: Cluj-Napoca, near the Hașdeu student complex

Contract: NOT

The number of participants will be announced at least one day before the event.

Estimated value: 145 lei/participant/lunch.

Will a service contract be concluded: No.

Award criteria: lowest price/total package, subject to full fulfillment of technical requirements and specifications.
