Purchase object description (technical specifications): catering services

Name of the event: the working meeting organized by EDIC Transilvania de Nord

location: Cluj Napoca, Casino urban culture center

Event date:  September 18-19, 2017;

Effective duration of the event: 6 hours, every day

participant: estimated 10 people in total, for 2 days

The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

  1. Working lunch on 18.09 - Zalau or Jibou - 10 people

Lunch composed of:

  • 2 types of salad, of your choice
  • main course (two types of meat and two types of side dishes), of your choice
  • dessert, fruit
  • juices,
  • coffee, milk for coffee,
  • mineral water and flat water.
    • The vegetarian option will be provided (the number of people will be communicated one day before)

 

  1. Working lunch for 10 people, 19.09. Cluj-Napoca,

Product packages made of:

  • 10 packages of gourmet and traditional products: 200 grams of biscuits with whole grains or almonds, 1 organic natural juice, 1 flat water, 2 gourmet sandwiches, peanuts/nuts, dried fruits, in a resistant cardboard package, which will be personalized by attaching a postcard of ADR Nord-West.

Estimated costs:

  1. 10 pers.* 100 lei plus VAT = 1000 lei plus VAT
  2. 10 pers.* 80 lei plus VAT = 800 lei plus VAT

                            

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as such:

  • Cost catering/participant, separate for each of points a 1, 2 and b 1, 2, 3;
  • Total event cost

the offer is written in Romanian.

The criterion used for awarding the contract is the lowest price
