Agenţia de Dezvoltare Regională Nord-Vest, în calitate de Autoritate Contractantă, vă invită să trimiteți oferta pentru servicii catering pentru 26 septembrie 2017, la Centrul de Instruire si Marketing al Camerei de Comert si Industrie Maramures, din Baia Mare, Aleea Expozitiei nr 5.
Eveniment: Servicii catering pemtru evenimentul Training pentru aplicantii pe programul ORIZONT 2020-Instrumentul pentru IMM- uri, proiect BISNet Transylvania.
Locația: Centrul de Instruire si Marketing al Camerei de Comert si Industrie Maramures, din Baia Mare, Aleea Expozitiei nr 5.

Number of participants: maximum 30 people.

Servicii catering pentr umaxim 30 participanti:
- welcome coffee with espresso coffee, milk for coffee, sugar, water - 500 ml bottles of silver and mineral and sweet and salty pastry;
- coffee break: cafea, ceai,lapte pentru cafea, zahar, apă – sticle de 500 ml plata și minerală și patiserie dulce și sărată;
- lunch – bufet suedez care sa includa cel putin 8 tipuri de aperitive (ex. Rulada cu carne, bulete de cascaval, dobos cu branza, etc) cu o cantitate de 300 gr./persoana, paine.
Napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic/paper cups), plates, cutlery, etc. will also be provided.
Estimated value is 45 lei / person + VAT.
Total estimat pentru maxim 30 persoane – 1350 lei +TVA.
The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the cost / participant.
