On 28.08.2018, the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration issued the order to modify the form of contract attached to the Applicant's General Guide for the 2014-2020 ROP, which contains general conditions for accessing funds within the program.
\nThus, the amendment provides for the inclusion of the financing contract form (general conditions and POR specific conditions) for calls for projects dedicated to SUERD.
\nAlso, the contractual provisions regarding the assurance of confidentiality and the processing of personal data and the annex regarding the granting and recovery of pre-financing have been updated.
\nIn addition, it was included, within Annex 1, Section 1 \u2013 Specific conditions applicable to the 2014-2020 ROP, the possibility of unilateral modification by AMPOR of the financing contract in thoroughly justified cases, determined mainly by the modification of the applicable regulatory framework or for the implementation application of the relevant provisions in the implementation of the projects\/during the validity period of the contracts, in compliance with the principles and rules of the ROP 2014-2020.<\/p>\n
For all SUERD calls launched within the 2014-2020 ROP at the date of publication of this order, the specific section of Annex 10.8 "Indicative financing contract model" above applies to projects for which the contracting stage has not been started at the level of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration.<\/p>\n
For the other calls launched within the 2014-2020 ROP at the date of publication of this order, the changes provided for by the specific section of Annex 10.8 "Indicative model financing contract" apply as follows:
\na. for all projects for which the contracting stage has not been started at the level of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration.
\nb. for projects under contract at the level of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration only if clarifications are requested after the effective date of this order.
\nFor the financing contracts in force on the date of publication of this order, where appropriate, within a maximum of 90 working days, the necessary dispatches are carried out for the preparation of additional documents in order to update them, in the sense of correlation with the content of the annex to this order.<\/p>\n
The rest of the conditions and provisions of the General Guide remain unchanged.<\/p>\n
