The Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement for catering services for 3 events (on February 6, 7 and 9, 2017) and event organization services on February 21, 2017<\/p>\n

The final number of participants will be announced one day before each event.<\/strong><\/p>\n CPV code:<\/strong> 55300000-3 Restaurant and food service services<\/strong><\/p>\n Catering services:<\/p>\n Napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic\/paper cups), plates, cutlery, etc. will also be provided.<\/p>\n Estimated value for all 3 events is 4,800 lei + VAT<\/strong>, calculated for a maximum number of 120 people on the three events.<\/strong><\/p>\n The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as such<\/u><\/strong>: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Event 4 : <\/u><\/strong>Focus group on ITC-in February 21, 2017<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n location<\/strong>:<\/strong> the bidder will propose a Hotel in Cluj Napoca, central area, easily accessible, minimum 3 stars.<\/p>\n Event date:<\/strong>\u00a0 February 21, 2017;<\/p>\n Duration of the event:<\/strong> 8 hours, starting in the first part of the day;<\/p>\n participant<\/strong>:<\/strong> maximum 100 people;<\/strong><\/p>\n Not M<\/strong>the final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.<\/strong><\/p>\n CPV code: 55120000-7 Meeting and conference services organized at the hotel<\/strong><\/p>\n Mention<\/strong>: it is accepted to have a total of 2 video projectors and 2 laptops, of which a laptop connected to the video projector must be moved between the presidium and one of the U-shapes.<\/p>\n Estimated value: 10,000 lei + VAT for the event on February 21, 2017, calculated for a maximum of 100 participants.<\/strong><\/p>\n The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as such<\/u><\/strong>: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Interested bidders will send their bids by email to the addresses secretariat@nord-vest.ro<\/a> and\/or nicoleta.glodan@nord-vest.ro<\/a>.
