Parc\u0103ri improvizate, alei deteriorate, zone verzi fragmentate \u0219i spa\u021bii publice care nu mai r\u0103spund nevoilor actuale ale locuitorilor. \u00cen cartierul <strong>Nuf\u0103rul I din Oradea<\/strong>, aceast\u0103 realitate urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 se schimbe. Contractul de finan\u021bare a fost semnat \u00eentre <strong>ADR North-West<\/strong> and <strong>Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Oradea <\/strong>pentru investi\u021bia vizeaz\u0103 transformarea unei zone de aproximativ <strong>7,6 hectare<\/strong>\u00a0printr-un amplu program de regenerare urban\u0103 care combin\u0103 infrastructura de mobilitate, spa\u021biile verzi \u0219i siguran\u021ba spa\u021biului public. Proiectul urm\u0103re\u0219te <strong>reamenajarea \u0219i refunc\u021bionalizarea<\/strong> a peste <strong>23.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi de spa\u021bii verzi<\/strong>, <strong>modernizarea traseelor pietonale<\/strong> pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de peste <strong>14.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi<\/strong> \u0219i realizarea de <strong>piste de biciclete conectate la coridorul de mobilitate urban\u0103 Nuf\u0103rul\u2013Cantemir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1916\">Una dintre interven\u021biile importante este realizarea unui nou <strong>pod peste p\u00e2r\u00e2ul Pe\u021ba<\/strong>, amplasat la cap\u0103tul estic al str\u0103zii Morii, care va \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi conectivitatea zonei. \u00cen paralel, <strong>str\u0103zile principale vor fi modernizate<\/strong>, vor fi <strong>amenajate trotuare accesibile<\/strong>, <strong>sta\u021bii de autobuz, parc\u0103ri reorganizate \u0219i noi spa\u021bii dedicate circula\u021biei pietonilor \u0219i bicicli\u0219tilor<\/strong>. Pentru persoanele cu mobilitate redus\u0103 vor fi realizate rampe de acces \u0219i travers\u0103ri adaptate, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t spa\u021biul public s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi utilizat \u00een condi\u021bii egale de to\u021bi locuitorii. O component\u0103 important\u0103 a proiectului este cea de <strong>peisagistic\u0103 \u0219i biodiversitate<\/strong>. Din totalul arborilor existen\u021bi, cei <strong>valoro\u0219i vor fi p\u0103stra\u021bi, iar zona va fi completat\u0103 cu sute de arbori noi<\/strong>, <strong>plante perene, graminee ornamentale, flori de c\u00e2mp \u0219i sisteme sustenabile de drenaj<\/strong>. Vor fi create<strong> locuri de joac\u0103, zone de fitness \u0219i calisthenics<\/strong>, spa\u021bii pentru socializare, <strong>piste \u0219i parc\u0103ri pentru biciclete<\/strong>, zone dedicate animalelor de companie \u0219i mobilier urban realizat din materiale naturale. Amenaj\u0103rile sunt g\u00e2ndite pentru toate categoriile de v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u0219i includ facilit\u0103\u021bi accesibile persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2934\">Proiectul include \u0219i modernizarea complet\u0103 a <strong>iluminatului public prin tehnologie LED<\/strong>, precum \u0219i instalarea unui sistem de supraveghere video \u00een zonele de joac\u0103 \u0219i de socializare, contribuind la cre\u0219terea siguran\u021bei spa\u021biului public. \u00cen total, aproximativ <strong>6.100 de locuitori<\/strong> ai cartierului vor beneficia direct de investi\u021bie, iar efectele acesteia se vor extinde la nivelul \u00eentregului municipiu Oradea. Pentru locuitorii din <strong>Nuf\u0103rul I<\/strong>, investi\u021bia \u00eenseamn\u0103 mai mult dec\u00e2t modernizarea unor str\u0103zi sau amenajarea unor spa\u021bii verzi. \u00censeamn\u0103 un <strong>cartier mai u\u0219or de parcurs pe jos sau cu bicicleta<\/strong>, mai mult <strong>spa\u021biu pentru copii<\/strong>, mai multe locuri de \u00eent\u00e2lnire pentru comunitate \u0219i un mediu urban care pune accent pe calitatea vie\u021bii.
