Principalele diferen\u021be dintre cele dou\u0103 apeluri constau \u00een eligibilitatea solicitan\u021bilor \u0219i valoarea apelurilor \u0219i valorile minime \u0219i maxime ale proiectelor eligibile \u00een cadrul apelurilor.<\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\r\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n<p>Exist\u0103 trei categorii de <strong>ACTIVIT\u0102\u021aI ELIGIBILE OBLIGATORII <\/strong>care pot beneficia de finan\u021bare \u00een cadrul proiectelor aferente acestui apel:<\/p>\r\n<p>Dezvoltarea infrastructurii pentru deplas\u0103ri nemotorizate (mersul cu bicicleta \u0219i pe jos);<br \/>Dezvoltarea \u0219i optimizarea sistemelor de transport public;<br \/>Dezvoltarea coridoarelor de mobilitate urban\u0103 durabil\u0103.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00cen prima categorie de <strong>ACTIVIT\u0102\u021aI ELIGIBILE OBLIGATORII (DE TIP A)<\/strong>, care vizeaz\u0103 dezvoltarea infrastructurii pentru deplas\u0103ri nemotorizate se \u00eenscriu urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\r\n<p>Construirea\/modernizarea\/extinderea pistelor\/traseelor pentru biciclete<br \/>Construirea \/extinderea de zone \u0219i trasee pietonale \u015fi semi-pietonale<br \/>Crearea\/modernizarea\/extinderea sistemelor de \u00eenchiriere de biciclete (\u201ebike-rental\u201d\/\u201ebike-sharing\u201d)<\/p>\r\n<p>A doua categorie de <strong>ACTIVIT\u0102\u021aI ELIGIBILE OBLIGATORII (B) <\/strong>dedicat\u0103 dezvolt\u0103rii \u0219i optimiz\u0103rii sistemelor de transport public cuprinde urm\u0103toarele activit\u0103\u021bi eligibile:<\/p>\r\n<p>Achizi\u021bionarea \u0219i\/sau dotarea mijloacelor de transport cu zero emisii;<br \/>Dezvoltarea infrastructurii necesare mijloacelor de transport public cu zero emisii<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00cen cadrul celei de-a treia categorii de <strong>ACTIVIT\u0102\u021aI ELIGIBILE OBLIGATORII (C) <\/strong>dedicate dezvolt\u0103rii coridoarelor de mobilitate urban\u0103 durabil\u0103 se \u00eenscriu urm\u0103toarele activit\u0103\u021bi:<\/p>\r\n<p>Dezvoltarea benzilor dedicate pentru transportul public;<br \/>Modernizarea\/reabilitarea liniilor de tramvai;<br \/>Construirea\/modernizarea\/extinderea re\u021belei de troleibuz;<br \/>Reconfigurarea infrastructurii rutiere prin dezvoltarea benzilor pentru prioritizarea transportului public urban de c\u0103l\u0103tori, precum \u0219i prin dezvoltarea infrastructurii pentru deplas\u0103rile nemotorizate;<br \/>Construirea\/reabilitarea\/modernizarea infrastructurii rutiere utilizate prioritar de transportul public urban de c\u0103l\u0103tori, \u00een vederea dezvolt\u0103rii unor trasee dedicate cu prioritate acestuia<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-image align_center\">\r\n<div class=\"w-image-h\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\r\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n<p>Solicitantul are obliga\u021bia de a include \u00een cererea de finan\u021bare cel pu\u021bin o activitate obligatorie din cele prev\u0103zute \u00een cadrul celor trei categorii enumerate \u00een r\u00e2ndurile de mai sus. Oricare dintre activit\u0103\u021bile respective pot fi \u00eenso\u021bite de urm\u0103toarele <strong>ACTIVIT\u0102\u021aI COMPLEMENTARE<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n<p>Accesibilizarea infrastructurii de transport pentru toate categoriile de persoane;<br \/>Amplasarea de elemente pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea siguran\u021bei rutiere pentru toate categoriile de participan\u021bi la trafic (de ex. amplasare de semnalistic\u0103 vertical\u0103 \u0219i orizontal\u0103, limitatoare de vitez\u0103, modernizarea trecerilor de pietoni, creare de facilit\u0103\u021bi pentru persoane cu mobilitate redus\u0103, pentru nev\u0103zatori sau hipoacuzici, instalarea panourilor de informare, a indicatoarelor de orientare etc);<br \/>Amenajarea\/instalarea de vegeta\u021bie de aliniament (aliniamente de arbori \u015fi arbu\u015fti, realizarea de \u00eenierb\u0103ri) \u0219i de mobilier urban, iluminat public.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00cen r\u00e2ndul <strong>ACTIVIT\u0102\u021aILOR COMPLEMENTARE (DE TIP D)<\/strong>, care nu pot fi finan\u021bate individual, doar \u00een asociere cu activit\u0103\u021bile eligibile obligatorii din categoriile A,B \u0219i C, se \u00eenscriu urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\r\n<p>1) Dezvoltarea\/modernizarea\/extinderea sistemelor de management al traficului, precum \u0219i a oric\u0103ror sisteme de transport inteligente (STI) \u0219i a aplica\u021biilor \u201emobility as a service\u201d;<\/p>\r\n<p>2) Lucr\u0103ri complementare situate doar \u00een corpul acelor str\u0103zi urbane, piste pentru biciclete \u015fi\/sau zone\/trasee pietonale.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_2 style_solid color_border align_center\">\r\n<div class=\"w-separator-h\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\r\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n<p>Programul Regional Nord-Vest 2021-2027 propune interven\u021bii pentru dezvoltarea capacit\u0103\u021bii de cercetare, dezvoltare, inovare \u0219i digitalizare, cre\u0219terea performan\u021bei energetice a fondului existent de cl\u0103diri publice \u0219i reziden\u021biale, valorificarea spa\u021biilor degradate de la nivelul ora\u0219elor, mobilitatea urban\u0103 sustenabil\u0103, investi\u021bii\u00a0 \u00een re\u021beaua de drumuri jude\u021bene \u0219i \u00een infrastructura educa\u021bional\u0103, precum \u0219i ac\u021biuni de valorificare a poten\u021bialului cultural, turistic \u0219i balnear.<\/p>\r\n<p>In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prioritatea 1 : O regiune competitiv\u0103 prin inovare, digitalizare \u0219i \u00eentreprinderi dinamice\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 valoare total\u0103: 327.904.956 euro<br \/>Prioritatea 2 : O regiune cu localit\u0103\u021bi smart\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 valoare total\u0103: 60.332.872 euro<br \/>Prioritatea 3 : O regiune cu localit\u0103\u021bi prietenoase cu mediul\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 valoare total\u0103: 210.666.112 euro<br \/>Prioritatea 4 : O regiune cu mobilitate urban\u0103 multimodal\u0103 sustenabil\u0103\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 valoare total\u0103: 305.155.751 euro<br \/>Prioritatea 5 : O regiune accesibil\u0103\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 valoare total\u0103: 184.978.708 euro<br \/>Prioritatea 6 : O regiune educat\u0103\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 valoare total\u0103: 77.386.100 euro<br \/>Prioritatea 7 : O regiune atractiv\u0103\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 valoare total\u0103: 210.363.134 euro<br \/>Asisten\u021b\u0103 tehnic\u0103\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 valoare total\u0103: 60.464.838\u00a0 euro<\/p>\r\n<p>More information about the Northwest Regional Program for 2021-2027 is available\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/programul-regional-nv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>, and the program can be consulted\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/PR_NV_1.2_RO-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:html -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Agen\u021bia de Dezvoltare Regional\u0103 Nord-Vest, \u00een calitate de Autoritate de Management pentru Programul Regional Nord-Vest 2021-2027 (REGIO Nord-Vest), public\u0103 ast\u0103zi, 14 iulie 2023, Ghidul solicitantului pentru apelul de proiecte 481.B \u2013 Utilizare crescut\u0103 a transportului public \u0219i a altor forme de mobilitate urban\u0103 ecologice (Mobilitate urban\u0103).
