{"id":23169,"date":"2019-08-27T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-08-26T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nord-vest.ro\/curs-online-gratuit-elaborarea-si-implementarea-strategiilor-de-specializare-inteligenta-3\/"},"modified":"2019-08-27T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-08-26T21:00:00","slug":"curs-online-gratuit-elaborarea-si-implementarea-strategiilor-de-specializare-inteligenta-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nord-vest.ro\/en\/curs-online-gratuit-elaborarea-si-implementarea-strategiilor-de-specializare-inteligenta-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Free online course - developing and implementing Smart Specialization Strategies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Between October 7, 2019 and December 20, 2019, the second edition of the course on the development of Intelligent Specialization Strategies will take place, an online course held by Prof. Dominique Foray (EPFL \u2013 \u00c9cole polytechnique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne) \u2013 the main author of the theory on specialization smart \u2013 and Martin Eichler (BAK Economics).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the general principles of smart specialization are already known among practitioners in the field, the actual implementation and monitoring process of Smart Specialization Strategies (S3) is still a novelty for most regions.
