{"id":22933,"date":"2018-08-27T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-08-26T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nord-vest.ro\/asistent-director-directia-generala-2\/"},"modified":"2018-08-27T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-08-26T21:00:00","slug":"asistent-director-directia-generala-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nord-vest.ro\/en\/asistent-director-directia-generala-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Assistant director, General Directorate - Indefinite period"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ADR Nord-Vest is putting the following post to competition:<strong> Assistant manager<\/strong>, General Directorate, indefinite period<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Main Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizes the meeting agenda of the general director of the agency,<\/li>\n<li>Process the information and documents addressed to the agency&#039;s management,<\/li>\n<li>Transmits tasks to employees according to the General Director&#039;s decisions and monitors their execution,<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the connection of the general manager with his collaborators and with third parties,<\/li>\n<li>Ensures representation by welcoming people from outside the agency and directing them to the competent people within the specialized departments,<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to ensuring the flow of communication inside and outside the agency,<\/li>\n<li>Provides information requested by applicants from outside the agency,<\/li>\n<li>Participates in risk prevention and irregularity management actions,<\/li>\n<li>It ensures the good preservation of documents (archiving) and the security of specific information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Education and qualifications<\/em><\/strong><em>: <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>university studies, bachelor&#039;s level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>The experience:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of at least 1 year in secretarial\/assistant manager\/assistant director activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Knowledge\/skills\/competences:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Very good oral and written communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional professional ethics, morality, responsibility;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of PC operation (Word, Excel);<\/li>\n<li>Stress resistance; patience; diplomacy; self-control capacity; responsibility; sociability; balance, emotional stability; developed ethical sense; orientation towards discipline, order, punctuality.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure; the ability to maintain good relations with others; sense of responsibility; team spirit; initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Themes and Bibliography for the competition:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Law no. 315\/2004 on regional development in Romania;<\/li>\n<li>Regional Operational Program 2014-2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nord-vest.ro\/en\/regio-2014-2020\/\">https:\/\/www.nord-vest.ro\/regio-2014-2020\/<\/a> (The final document POR 2014-2020, section 2 \u2013 Description of Priority Axes)<\/li>\n<li>The main institutions and policies of the European Union <a href=\"http:\/\/europa.eu\/about-eu\/institutions-bodies\/index_ro.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/europa.eu\/about-eu\/institutions-bodies\/index_ro.htm<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Organizational information:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The announcement regarding the organized competition will be sent to AJOFM, it will be posted on the website and Facebook page of ADR Nord-West and on a specialized recruitment website, on 27.08.2018.<\/li>\n<li>Interested persons, who meet the specified mandatory requirements, will send the following documents by email to the address <a href=\"\/en\/resurse.umane@nord-vest.ro\/\">resurse.umane@nord-vest.ro<\/a>:<\/li>\n<li>copy of identity document;<\/li>\n<li>CV dated and signed;<\/li>\n<li>the letter of intent with the date of submission and signature;<\/li>\n<li>copies according to study documents;<\/li>\n<li>copies of any official legal documents, relevant to prove experience, training\/certifications and\/or acquired knowledge (signed and with registration number);<\/li>\n<li>the criminal record (valid for 6 months from the date of issue) or declaration on your own responsibility that there are no entries in the criminal record.<\/li>\n<li>on 12.09.2018, until 4:00 p.m., only people who meet the mandatory requirements of the position will be contacted by phone or e-mail to be invited to appear for the competition.<\/li>\n<li>The written test (written test of knowledge in the specialized field according to the bibliography, as well as the PC-Word and Excel operating knowledge test) will be held at the secondary headquarters of ADR North-West at the address in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3 , Cluj on 14.09.2018, starting at 10.00. The duration of the examination is on average 3 hours.<\/li>\n<li>The communication of the results obtained in the written test (written test, PC operation test) will be done by phone or email until 18.09.2018, at 16:00.<\/li>\n<li>The selection interviews will take place on 21.09.2018, at the time communicated by the commission, at the secondary headquarters of ADR Nord-West at the address in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, Jud. Cluj.
