{"id":22633,"date":"2017-11-14T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-11-13T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nord-vest.ro\/achizitie-servicii-de-team-building-2-2\/"},"modified":"2017-11-14T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-11-13T22:00:00","slug":"achizitie-servicii-de-team-building-2-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nord-vest.ro\/en\/achizitie-servicii-de-team-building-2-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Purchase of Team building services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Regarding the acquisition of:<\/strong><strong> Team building organization services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Purchase object: <\/strong>team building organization services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purchase object description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>location<\/strong>: B\u0103ile Felix Resort, Bihor County.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Period<\/strong>: 14-15 December 2017<\/p>\n<p><strong>CPV codes<\/strong>: 60100000-9, 55100000-1, 55300000-3, 55120000-7, 79951000-5<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Traveling<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>It will be done in a large group (coach) depending on the final number of participants.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The price offer will be presented regarding the transport for 2 coaches, minimum capacity of 45 seats\/coach, classification of at least three stars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Duration: 2 days, as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>December 14: Cluj-Napoca \u2013 B\u0103ile Felix Resort;<\/li>\n<li>December 15: B\u0103ile Felix Resort - Oradea, Oradea - B\u0103ile Felix, B\u0103ile Felix - Cluj-Napoca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The contracting authority does not provide accommodation and meals for the drivers during the event.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Minimum specifications for accommodation <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Accommodation is requested for one night, in single mode, with breakfast included, in accommodation structures classified according to the legislation in force, with recommendations: <strong>minimum grade 8<\/strong> on nationally and internationally recognized tourism sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The offer will be presented considering the estimated number of 100 participants. The number of participants will be announced at least two days before the event.<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation will be provided in one accommodation location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>For accommodation services, the accommodation chart will be presented, containing the names of the persons who benefited from the accommodation, signed and stamped by the accommodation unit, from which the accommodation of the participants will be ensured, with the correct highlighting of the number of single rate rooms and the period accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>The accommodation structure will have a restaurant with a capacity of approximately 100 people, where the meals provided for in point 3 below can be taken, as well as a conference room with a capacity of approximately 100 people, necessary for the activities from point 4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Menu<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Day 1 \u2013 lunch, coffee break and festive dinner<\/li>\n<li>Day 2 \u2013 breakfast (included in accommodation services), lunch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Menu structure <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The coffee break will contain fruit, coffee, tea, non-alcoholic drinks.<\/li>\n<li>Lunches will include at least two hot dishes and dessert and fruit, non-alcoholic drinks, coffee.<\/li>\n<li>Dinner will include salad, entrees, main course, dessert, various drinks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depending on the number of requests, a vegetarian menu option will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>The offer will be presented considering the estimated number of 100 participants. The number of participants will be announced at least two days before the event.
