Hereby, the Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement of S<\/strong>catering services at the headquarters of ADR Nord-Vest in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Doroban\u00edlor no. 3, between 16-20.10.2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Technical specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

Regarding the acquisition of:<\/strong> catering services for October 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 2017, at the headquarters of the North-West Regional Development Agency, in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3.<\/p>\n

Purchase object: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Purchase of daily catering services for the participants of the professional training program on the theme of Leadership<\/p>\n

Purchase object description (technical specifications): <\/strong>catering services for two coffee breaks for a maximum number of 16 participants.<\/p>\n

Catering services:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. two coffees per person \u2013 espresso coffee, milk for coffee, sugar; what do you have.<\/li>\n
  2. still and carbonated mineral water, 0.33 ml bottles (glass packaging) \u2013 two bottles \/ person (1 bottle of still water + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water).<\/li>\n
  3. sweet pastry - 100 gr \/ person;<\/li>\n
  4. salty pastry - 100 gr \/ person;<\/li>\n
  5. napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic\/paper cups), plates, cutlery, etc. will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Unit price \/ products for one day: <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Estimated value (without VAT): 30 lei \/ day \/ pers x 16 pers = 480 lei<\/p>\n

    Unit price \/ products for the entire event<\/strong> (16-20 Oct 2017):<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Estimated value (without VAT): 30 lei \/ person x 16 people x 5 days = 2400 lei<\/p>\n

    Term of delivery\/performance\/execution<\/strong> products are delivered daily at 10:30 a.m., for each day of the training program,<\/p>\n
