Hereby, the Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement of S<\/strong>ervicii de catering la sediul ADR Nord-Vest din Cluj-Napoca, calea Doroban\u00edlor nr.3, in data de 27-28.09.2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n

27 septembrie 2017 (<\/strong>durata evenimentului 8 ore – 9:00 am- 5:00 pm)<\/p>\n

– servicii catering pentru dou\u0103 pauze de cafea \u0219i pauz\u0103 de pr\u00eenz pentru un num\u0103r maxin de 30 particpan\u021bi.<\/p>\n

  1. welcome coffee cu cafea espresso, ceai, lapte pentru cafea, zahar, ap\u0103 \u2013 sticle de 500 ml plata \u0219i mineral\u0103 \u0219i patiserie dulce \u0219i s\u0103rat\u0103;<\/li>\n
  2. coffee break: cafea, ceai lapte pentru cafea, zahar, ap\u0103 \u2013 sticle de 500 ml plata \u0219i mineral\u0103 \u0219i patiserie dulce \u0219i s\u0103rat\u0103;<\/li>\n
  3. lunch \u2013 bufet suedez care s\u0103 includ\u0103 cel pu\u021bin 8 tipuri de aperitive (ex. rulada carne, bulete de ca\u0219caval, bobo\u0219 cu br\u00e2nz\u0103, etc), cu o cantitate de minin 300 gr \/ pers.; p\u00e2ine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Se vor asigura c\u00eete dou\u0103 cafele \u0219i c\u00eete dou\u0103 sticle de ap\u0103 pe participant (una plat\u0103 \/ una carbogazificata.<\/p>\n

    Napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic\/paper cups), plates, cutlery, etc. will also be provided.<\/p>\n
