INVITATION AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, wishes to purchase catering services.<\/p>\n

Event: Meeting of the Regional Committee of Representatives - RCIA project<\/p>\n

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3<\/p>\n

Date: May 18, 2017. The duration of the event is approximately 4 hours (9:00 a.m. \u2013 2:00 p.m.).<\/p>\n

Number of participants: maximum 20 people.<\/p>\n

The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Catering services:<\/p>\n

  1. welcome coffee with espresso coffee, milk for coffee, sugar;<\/li>\n
  2. still and mineral water (with bubbles), large bottles of 1.5 l\u2013 2 l; calculated amount 300 ml \/ person. (equal amount of plain water and mineral water).<\/li>\n
  3. sweet pastry (preferably variegated apple pie and \/ or sweet cheese) approximately 100 gr \/ person;<\/li>\n
  4. salty pastry (salties and or salty mini p\u00e2t\u00e9s with mushrooms, salty cheese, etc.), about 100 gr \/ person;<\/li>\n
  5. two types of sandwich \/ person (in mini baguettes of 100 \u2013 120 gr; wrapped separately); content variants \u2013 (chicken, vegetables, cheese, etc.)<\/li>\n
  6. napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic\/paper cups), plates, cutlery, etc. will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Estimated value is 22 lei \/ person + VAT. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Estimated total for a maximum of 20 people - 440 lei + VAT. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the cost \/ participant. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n
