The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, wishes to purchase 1 plane ticket, on the Cluj-Bucharest route and return, departing on Tuesday, January 31, 2017, in the morning around 7 a.m. and returning on Tuesday, January 31 around at 20.30<\/p>\n

Interested bidders will publish their bids on the website https:\/\/www.e-licitatie.ro<\/a> in the heading Procedures for awarding-direct purchases-catalog of products\/services\/works. The offer is posted in the SEAP electronic catalog, at the code CPV <\/strong>60420000-8 Occasional air transport services <\/strong>and will have the name NV ADR ticket <\/strong>or sent by email to the address secretariat@nord-vest.ro<\/a> and\/or nicoleta.glodan@nord-vest.ro<\/strong> Failure to comply with the name may lead to the impossibility of selecting the offers by the contracting authority.<\/p>\n

The language of the offer is Romanian.<\/p>\n

The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price<\/strong><\/p>\n
