The Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, wishes to purchase certification services of electronic signatures -1 pc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchase object description (technical specifications):<\/strong> electronic signature kit<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Qualified digital certificate issued in public hierarchy valid for 1 year from the moment of its issuance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Ensures the unique authentication of the signatory and the integrity of the signed documents;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Issued under the conditions of Law no. 455\/2001 by a supplier accredited by MSI<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. eToken secure cryptographic device for creating electronic signature<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Secure device for creating the electronic signature, storing the digital certificate and the private and public key pair;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Uses 2048-bit RSA private keys;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 FIPS 140-2 L2&3 certificate under the terms of Law 455\/2001 with double security mechanism;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 It is connected through the USB port of the computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. electronic document signing and timestamping software application<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Software application for signing electronic documents, the resulting files are in the form of pdf, p7s or p7m;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Sign and timestamp any type of electronic document;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 It can be used to verify any electronically signed documents, regardless of the issuer of the signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
